Should you need to change or cancel an appointment a minimum of 1 business days' notice is required or a fee will be payable. ​

Please understand that when a patient books an appointment the patient has booked the practitioners time, and whether the patient attends the appointment or not, the time has been set aside for that patient. Other work has been set aside, and other patients have been told that the practitioner is unavailable for that appointment time.

This is why many clinics, including ours sends an account if the patient fails to attend an appointment. We understand that life can get hectic and genuine circumstances arise and oversights do occur. We request that patient's contact the clinic reception as soon as possible to advise if they are unable to attend their scheduled appointment.
